Install Incorporated (a Sanford, NC based company) is a rapidly expanding installation & machinery moving company. We are seeking an energetic and qualified individual for the position of Project Manager/Rigging & Millwright. This is an exempt regular full-time position which will require flexibility to accommodate project and client schedules. Primary Responsibilities:

This position will take responsibility for business development, estimating, and scheduling of projects, and the complete responsibility of any one assigned to a project or multiple projects. The responsibilities associated with this position will include but are not limited to the following:
· Estimating and pricing projects identified as work opportunities for the company.
· Bid and/or negotiate projects with the final numbers (prices/cost) to be reviewed by the General Manager prior to presentation or submission of the bid.
· Bid request to sub-contractors and suppliers.
· Evaluate the “scope of work” of the project while ensuring mutual compliance of the contract documents.
· Assist the project superintendent in creating a detailed mechanical/rigging plan and project schedule.
· Monitor and track project schedule by keeping detailed documentation of progress and especially where there are changes which will affect project cost and timing.
· Price, negotiate, document, collect, and obtain signed approval before proceeding on all change orders.
· Preparation and analysis of project budget and costs to maximize profitability.
· Prepare contracts for all areas of work performed by subcontractors.
· Manage all financial aspects of contracts (change order processing, invoicing, and payments) to protect the company’s interest and maintain good client relationships.
· Accountable for overall project(s) performance and profitability.
· Promote the company’s Zero Safety Tolerance Program.
· Represent the company with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications/requirements:
· A minimum of 10 years experience in installation, machinery moving and rigging including all aspects of project management.
· Degree preferred but not required.
· Ability to read, interpret and understand blue prints & drawings.
· Must be able to manage, communicate, delegate to individuals of different trades and on different levels. Also be able to treat all people at all levels with respect and professionalism.
· Be an accomplished user of Microsoft project, word, excel, and outlook.
· Proven experience managing and nurturing customer and company relationships.
· A list of references upon request for review.
