Because of his terrific personality, Cocoa was lucky to be selected for the North Carolina New Leash on Life Program at the Bladen County Correctional facility. In this program, inmates will spend several hours each day training Cocoa in obedience and good canine manners. Cocoa has already been neutered and is up-to-date on vaccinations, so when he graduates from the program he will be ready to move into your home and heart!
