We welcome your comments, questions, and concerns regarding any of the adoptable dogs, but please make the first step in adopting any of the dogs filling out the FREE online application. Please do not call or email checking on the availability of any dog, if they are listed they are available. Once a dog has been selected for a family, his/her status changes to PENDING. When the adoption is final, the dogs are removed from the adoptable listings and are then transferred to the ADOPTED listings. Complete the Application First! Meet Meet Princess Amy a 7-8 year old Golden and our social butterfly! Her vet work is complete and this Golden girl is now avaliable for adoption. She is a treat and a real joy to have in foster. Amy has been giving all her big drooly friends a run for their money. Her favorite playmate is a 18 month old Saint puppy. Amy has a wonderful disposition and adores people, FOOD, other dogs, TREATS, FOOD, FOOD and more TREATS. She has never met a stranger and has a warm greeting for everyone. Amy seems to prefer older children and adults. Her foster home has a 4 year old toddler whom she is protective of, but she doesn't seem to have any interest in playing/interacting with. Amy loves to carry around her ball, stuffed toys, and wrestle with all the dogs. Amy is excellent with other dogs, but will chase a running cat. Since entering rescue Amy has been taught house manners and is now housebroken. When entering rescue her coat was burnt out and horribly matted. She has been clipped down and will be even more gorgeous as her coat continues to grow out. Amy does have the longer hair and fringe of a classic Golden. Amy is spayed, vaccinated, and on Advantix.
