It's easy
Taking orders-I will supply the order forms and information to all participants in the group. Participants will take orders for two-three weeks, collect the money and turn the money in to the organization by due date.
Placing orders-After the orders are collected, you will turn them into me. I will total the order, process the payment, order the candles and deliver them back to you.
Delivery-Once the candles come in (2-3 weeks), I will sort them out by participants and deliver them to your organization. This makes it easy for everyone involved.
